Join a Reading Group
Reading groups provide a unique opportunity for congressional staff to grow in their ability to apply a theological lens to complex policy issues. Reading texts together – whether thought-provoking commentary or well-worn classics – enables staff to reflect deeply on their lives and work.
Five reading groups are currently meeting, including: Capitol Reading Group (for senior level staff — LDs and above), and Senate, House, Intern, and Off-the-Hill. Groups are led by Faith and Law volunteers, are composed of 8-12 participants, and typically meet every month over lunch.
