In advance of the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence, this event provides an opportunity for policymakers to understand the rise of illiberal movements and their implications for the norms and values contained in America’s founding documents.
This year’s Leadership Conference titled “Isms and Schisms: The Shifting Landscape of American Church Politics and the Implications for Liberal Democracy” will feature outstanding speakers inducing:
- Dr. Joseph Prud’homme, Burton Family Chair of Religion, Politics, and Culture; Associate Professor of Political Science; Affiliated Faculty in Religious Studies at Washington College.
- David Brooks, Author and New York Times Columnist.
- Dr. Elizabeth Spalding, Chairman of the Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation (VOC) and Founding Director of the Victims of Communism Museum, Senior Fellow at the Pepperdine University School of Public Policy and Visiting Fellow at the Van Andel Graduate School of Government at Hillsdale College.
