Nina Schmidgall serves as the Executive Director of the Dream Collective, an incubator for kingdom-minded ideas launched by pastors, church leaders, artists, and entrepreneurs. The Dream Collective is a missional initiative of National Community Church where Nina has served in pastoral leadership since 2004.
Nina originally moved to Washington, D.C., to serve in the United States Congress, where she worked for nearly a decade. Over the years, she has overseen ministries across NCC’s campuses and now leads the church’s outward expressions and network of churches and partners through the Dream Collective. She is passionate about innovation in the church and seeing the Kingdom of God advanced through bold, missional expressions.
She holds undergraduate degrees in Economics and Biology from Westmont College, and earned both a Master’s in Ministerial Leadership and a Doctorate of Ministry from Southeastern University.
Nina pastors alongside her husband, Joel Schmidgall, Lead Pastor of National Community Church. Together, they have raised three incredible children on Capitol Hill.
