To comply with Senate and House Ethics rules, you will need pre-authorization from the Senate/House Committee on Ethics. Please follow these steps:

For House Staffers

• Download and complete Faith and Law’s Primary Trip Sponsor Form Package:
  1. House Primary Trip Sponsor Form
     
  2. Conference Agenda
  3. House Invitees
  4. Traveler Form
     
  5. Conference Invitation
     
• Submit the entire package (5 documents) by September 27, 2023, to the House Committee on Ethics. These forms must be submitted at least 30 days ahead of the retreat.
  1. For submission, please choose one:
     1. Fax to (202) 225-7392
     2. Deliver to House Ethics Committee at 1015 Longworth
     3. Email: travel.requests@mail.house.gov

For Senate Staffers

• You should have already received an email with the subject "Ethics Private Sponsor Travel Portal: Faith and Law Project" from travel_ethics@ethics.senate.gov. If you have not received that email from Ethics, please reach out to Nicole White for assistance.
• Within the email, you will find a link to the Ethics Travel Portal for approval of your trip.
• Please follow the steps provided in the portal to complete and submit your forms by September 27, 2023.

Failure to submit your completed materials on time means we will be unable to cover the cost of your attendance.
